Term 3 started with all our staff attending a Spirituality Day with teachers from West Wyalong and Grenfell out at Mt Bolo. The theme of the day was 'Walking Together' focusing on our shared History in Australia and how we move forward.

Mrs Golding and Mrs Elwin had the pleasure of accompanying Year 5/6 students to Canberra last week. Students enjoyed our National’s capital and visiting many of the educational and monumental places in Canberra. Over 4 days in Canberra the students were able to visit Parliament House, National Museum, National Portrait Gallery, National War Memorial, National Arboretum, AIS, Reconciliation Walk, Questacon, National Art Gallery and Zoo and Aquarium. 

A very big CONGRATULATIONS to our Wayne Kennedy and Miss Georgina Kelly who received an Archdiocesan NAIDOC Award at the NAIDOC Mass at St Christopher's Cathedral last Friday.

We are extremely grateful to Mrs Rebecca Keeley for organising the whole excursion and to the School Community Council who financially supported this excursion.

On Friday we will acknowledge the 100+ days our Kinders have been at school with an assembly at 10.15am. We are extremely proud of our Kinder students and how much they have learnt and grown in confidence. All grandparents, grand friends and families are invited to join us for this celebration. We will follow with Morning Tea and our school mass where we will thank God and celebrate our Grandparents and Grandfriends.
