To start the school year, the K/1 and 4/5/6 students got together and completed a Buddy Drawing activity. A K/1 student was paired with a 4/5/6 student and the students had to draw each other. The room was quite loud during the activity, with lots of discussions and conversations about a range of things. There were many smiling faces throughout and the smiles, from ear to ear, in the photos we took at the end, demonstrate the students' enjoyment of the activity.
