World Teacher's Day

Today, Australia celebrates World Teacher Day. We would like to acknowledge and thank all staff at St Francis Xavier who we recognise as teachers. Following is a few thoughts on what being a teacher means to us.
* Preparing for the future
* Inspiring others to learn 
* Giving students the opportunity to learn and experiance new things
* I love teaching kids because they are funny and curious and remind me how the world is amazing and interesting through their eyes
* I love being able to help the kids become their best and see them grow and learn while having fun. They have different outlook on life and we can learn from them as well. 
We want to thank all our families and acknowledge them as the first and most important, teachers of our students. Thank you for allowing us to share in your children's learning journies.
