Vegie Week: Year 2/3 made super healthy hummus and a beetroot dip to go with chopped raw carrot, cucumber, snow peas and capsicum. Everyone tried all the veggies and the plates of leftovers shared with the other classes all came back empty! Mrs Elwin still wants the recipes please!
