Mini Omelette
* Wisk 1-2 eggs in a small bowl, chop your favourite toppings eg. gratted cheese, ham or salami, mushrooms, chives, parsley, spring onion, capsicum or tomato (chopped into small pieces).
* Heat pan to medium heat.
* Add a knob of butter.
* Pour egg, spread with chosen toppings, fold and turn while cooking.
* Cooking time is 3-4 minutes.
