In 5/6 we have been looking at ways to 'bump up' our writing and add more 'guts' to our sentences. As authors, we've been exploring descriptive language that we can use to create setting, atmosphere and develop characters. Leonie has done a fantastic job creating such a descriptive beginning to her narrative!
